# Offsite SEO / Outreach Team Lead
We're looking for someone to lead Leapsly's offsite SEO and outreach team.
You'll be responsible for the team, targets, outreach processes, and finding better ways to get high-quality backlinks and brand mentions for our clients.

We're looking for someone to lead Leapsly's offsite SEO and outreach team.
You'll be responsible for the team, targets, outreach processes, and finding better ways to get high-quality backlinks and brand mentions for our clients.
## Responsibilities
- Manage the offsite SEO / outreach team and day-to-day priorities.
- Make sure monthly targets are reached.
- Find new ways to build high-quality and relevant backlinks.
- Improve outreach messages, targeting, follow-ups, and response rates.
- Test new outreach tactics and channels.
- Build automation flows to make prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and reporting more efficient.
- Use AI and automation tools where they actually help the process.
- Work closely with SEO, Content, and other teams so everyone is aligned on priorities.
- Keep track of results and improve processes based on what is working.
- Help the team solve difficult outreach cases and find new link opportunities.
## What we're looking for
- Previous experience with offsite SEO, outreach, or link building.
- Good understanding of what makes a backlink valuable.
- Experience doing outreach and getting real placements.
- Result-driven and comfortable working towards clear targets.
- Able to manage people and keep work organized.
- Good Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation tools.
- Interested in testing new ideas and improving existing processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.

Employee requirements
- Previous experience managing an outreach team.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, scraping tools, or similar tools.
- Experience with digital PR, publisher outreach, or brand mention campaigns.
- Experience building outreach automations or internal tools.
- Google sheet skills (tables and formulas)
- Ahrefs skill
