🔹 Create a vibrant and efficient office atmosphere that reflects our innovative culture
🔹 Ensure that everything needed for daily operations is in place
🔹 Coordinate meetings, events, conferences and visits
🔹 Be a communications hub - manage information to keep everyone informed and connected
🔹 Bring creativity to planning company events and initiatives
🔹 Collaborate with various teams, providing administrative support

🔸 Experience in administration
🔸 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🔸 Excellent knowledge of office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems and equipment

🔸 Monthly salary: 1400–2000 EUR before taxes (depending on experience and competence)
