Preparation and administration of company documents;
Phone calls and company emails. management of mail flows and handling of correspondence;
Assistance in organizing business trips;
Comprehensive support for company managers and employees;
Reception of guests, maintenance of meeting rooms;
Help in organizing internal company trainings and events;
Ensuring the successful operation of the company's office.

He has obtained a higher education in the fields of social sciences and finance;
Knows the rules of clerical and document preparation;
Has similar work experience;
Has excellent computer skills with the MS Office package;
Knows what business etiquette means and applies the principles of this etiquette during work;
Has excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English language skills;
Is independent, quickly orients himself in a changing situation and is emotionally strong;

1800-2100 €/mon. gross
+ a variable 10% base salary bonus for achieving personal and company goals, paid semi-annually.
