Nature of work
UAB iPS Baltics is looking for an Office Assistant to join the HR team and help ensure the smooth operation of the office, employee selection and administrative processes. We work with international projects in the maritime and renewable energy fields, therefore we are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated team member.
Main responsibilities:

- Permit administration (parking, A1 licenses).
- Coordination of Marlins tests - registrations, accounts, communication.
- Supervision of vehicle insurance.
- Reporting to the LTSA.
- Office organization - supplies, order, supplier invoices.
- E-mail box administration.
- Event organization and cooperation with different departments.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

- Lithuanian and English - fluent communication.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
