- GG Group Media, UAB
GG Group Media is looking for an On-Page SEO & Content Lead to manage both on-page optimization and content operations across a portfolio of iGaming domains spanning 6-15 markets. This is a "player-coach" position: you will lead an existing team of 3-6 writers and SEO specialists, while remaining actively involved in execution where it matters most.
You will not only manage the content calendar. You will make decisions about what gets created, why, and how it gets optimized — from thematic authority maps to title tag systems and internal linking logic. You will be responsible for on-page quality across the entire domain portfolio and work directly with the SEO Manager to drive measurable organic growth.

Nature of work
On-page optimization
Manage on-page optimization strategy and execution across the entire domain portfolio
Develop and ensure scalable systems for title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, and internal linking
Audit pages for keyword cannibalization, intent mismatches, and structural issues — take ownership in addressing them and ensuring they are resolved
Work with the technical SEO team to ensure correct schema and structured data implementation
Define and maintain page quality standards for the team to apply
Monitor AI Overview presence in target markets and keyword groups. Identify where the site is and is not being cited and work with the SEO Manager to adjust content and structured data strategy accordingly
Content Strategy and Production
Manage keyword research and topic authority maps across all markets and content categories
Manage editorial calendar and content production from brief to publication
Write detailed content briefs and review writers’ work for accuracy, intent, and on-page quality
Define content priorities based on searchability and business context, not just volume
Identify content gaps through competitor analysis and SERP monitoring and translate them into actionable work
Team Leadership
Manage and develop an existing team of 3-6 writers and SEO specialists
Set clear quality standards from day one and enforce them
Create repeatable processes and SOPs that the team can execute independently
Run structured feedback loops, identify skill gaps, and support professional development improvement
Manage workload distribution across multiple markets and domains to keep the team running smoothly without delays
Reporting and Communication
Provide reports on content and page performance to the SEO Manager with clear metrics and business context
Proactively communicate risks, opportunities, and obstacles — not after the fact
Translate page and content performance data into decisions, not just status updates

Employee requirements
2+ years of SEO experience with proven responsibility for on-page strategy and content operations
Proven track record of managing and developing a content or SEO team — not just coordinating freelancers
Solid knowledge of search intent, topic authority, and content architecture
Practical experience with keyword research, content shorthand, and editorial quality control at scale
Ability to work across multiple domains and markets simultaneously without losing quality control
Ability to create and document processes that others can follow and replicate
Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (written and verbal) — essential for internal communication and content quality control across all markets
Strong analytical thinking — you read data, notice patterns, and determine what matters most
Attention to detail — you notice intent discrepancies, broken internal links, cannibalization issues, and inconsistent page elements that others would miss
Adaptation to changing conditions — algorithm updates, new SERP features, changing priorities, and new markets don’t stress you out; you adapt and keep your team moving
Strong communication and delegation skills — you clearly delegate tasks, provide useful feedback, motivate your team, and keep it cohesive without constant checks
You’re already using AI tools to build real workflows — content shortcodes, quality control pipelines, content evaluation — not just to write faster. You’re actively looking for new ways to automate repetitive SEO tasks
