Online sales department assistant

Your main task will be to help the Online Sales team ensure that the "behind the scenes" of travel organization runs smoothly.
In everyday life, you will:

• 🧳 Assist colleagues in administering additional travel service orders - travel insurance, parking, seat selection on the plane and other additional services;
• 💳 Sending payment instructions and other documents to customers and entering information into systems;
• ☎️ Handling the company's general telephone service - answering, directing, helping and, most importantly, remaining pleasant even when the phone rings for the fifth time in a row;
• 📑 Assisting in accounting processes - data entry, document administration and other daily organizational tasks;
• 💻 Working with supporting internal systems, data verification and information administration;
• 🤝 Daily cooperation with sales, product and other colleagues;
• 🔎 Various other tasks that help the team work faster, smoother and more efficiently.

We would like to meet someone who:

• is responsible, meticulous and organized;
• is able to have several tasks at the same time and not forget any of them;
• is not afraid of the phone and knows how to communicate pleasantly and professionally;
• learns quickly and is not afraid of new systems;
• has good computer skills;
• is able to plan their work independently, but at the same time likes to be part of a team;
• understands that details are important in this job - sometimes one tick in the system can be as important as an entire plane ticket. 😉
• previous work experience in customer service, administration, tourism or sales would be an advantage, but the most important thing is the attitude and willingness to learn.
