Onsite IT Engineer

Registration of visits. Collection of additional information;
Visiting client offices;
Scheduled IT equipment updates, installation and preparation for work;
Maintenance of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications and antivirus protection solutions;
User consulting, providing assistance;
Resolving IT requests;
Updating IT technical documentation.

You have a university/non-university degree in IT or are in your final year of study;
You have at least 0.5 -1 year of experience in a similar or similar position;
You are familiar with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (AD) and group policies (GPO);
You have knowledge of installing and troubleshooting computers, printers and other IT equipment;
You have basic knowledge of computer networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN;
You are able to read and write scripts;
You are able to communicate verbally and in writing in English;
You have experience working with ServiceNow - we will consider this an advantage.

1000-1400 €/mon. net
The offered salary depends on the engineer's qualifications, experience and certificates. An additional motivational system is applied.
