Nature of work
We are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our team in Kaunas, who will help ensure the smooth organization of daily operations.
What will you do?
You will administer, systematize and archive company documents;
You will provide crane operators with information, work tasks and necessary documents;
You will administer permits required for crane and transport movement;
You will contribute to the coordination of crane mobilization, transport and other logistics issues;
You will solve daily operational and administrative issues;
You will enter, check and update information in the company's systems;
You will work with the KPI system - collect and enter data, help monitor key performance indicators;

What do we expect from you?
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to independently organize your work;
Ability to manage several tasks at once and set priorities;
Good computer skills, especially using Microsoft Office programs;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
Clear communication and the ability to work in a team;
Initiative and the desire to independently find solutions.
Experience in administration, logistics, transport, construction or a similar field would be an advantage, but your attitude, responsibility and willingness to learn are also important to us.
