- Cost control, increasing profitability and improving operational efficiency\.
- Formation of the operations team, KPI management and ensuring results\.
- Planning expansion into foreign markets and adapting operational processes to the rapid growth of the company\.
Employee requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a management position in operations, logistics, production or business management.
- Experience in managing a team and implementing efficiency improvement projects.
- Ability to create, optimize and standardize business processes.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing partnerships.
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for results.
- Good oral and written English.
- Results-oriented, initiative and leadership skills.
