Nature of work:
- Managing the registry and administration team (4–6 people);
- Coordinating office occupancy, specialist schedules and finances;
- Managing the patient journey from first contact to follow-up visit;
- Creating, documenting and improving SOPs, internal processes;
- Administering contracts, work procedures, licenses, GDPR compliance;
- Monitoring KPIs and leading CRM/digitalization projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education (management, economics, health management or similar);
- 3+ years of management experience in the service, medical or support sector;
- Experience in process development, SOP implementation and CRM / ERP systems;
- Excellent analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English. (Russian is an advantage);
- Experience in medicine, Lean / Six Sigma is an advantage.
