Your future responsibilities:
- Ensure effective employee planning and organization of business trips in international projects
- Provide employees with relevant information about trips and business trips in English and Russian
- Ensure smooth planning of transport flows and efficient use of fleet resources
- Manage and analyze data from transport control systems (GPS, fuel consumption, routes, etc.).
- Conduct systematic analysis and management of transport incidents and risks
- Prepare documents necessary for projects
- Participate in the company's operational management processes.

- You are able to quickly adapt to changing conditions and requirements
- You use a computer not only for social networks, but EXCEL and other MS Office programs are no strangers to you
