OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will lead various projects related to production business management operations, such as: ERP system implementation, process optimization, ISO standards implementation, etc.
- You will coordinate projects in various areas on an ad hoc basis, independently set goals and tasks, plan implementation
- You will work with colleagues from other departments, coordinate team work, organize processes
- You will participate in company management meetings, present your initiatives and opinions on strategic issues
- If necessary, you will supervise production accounting processes and test new solutions
- You will learn operations management and business development in practice
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex business projects. Experience in a Big 4 company or similar consulting business is a great advantage
- Higher education and excellent academic results in the field of business administration, mathematics or engineering
- You are not afraid of the engineering field and are ready to delve into technical processes

- Salary from 4100 EUR gross and up (depending on experience)
