What will your working day look like?
- Control, supervise and coordinate the daily warehouse evening shift/export activities, ensuring smooth execution of export processes
- Ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with DHL internal policies, procedures and GSOP guidelines
- Plan and manage the workload of employees (evening terminal team), ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Organize replacement of employees during holidays, illness or other absences
- Lead the team: allocate tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with work safety, quality and processes
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely decisions
Work schedule - 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Important:
Higher education;
Experience in the field of logistics;
English, written and spoken, at least B2 level;
Good knowledge and use of MS Office or similar programs;
Analytical thinking;
Ability to work in a team;
Proactivity, energy, curiosity.
