Nature of work
- Ensuring the quality of courier services and the achievement of goals;
- Daily maintenance of couriers and error analysis;
- Process improvement based on productivity analysis insights;
- Making suggestions to improve productivity;
- Regular Gemba performances (a day with a courier on the route);
- Working with subcontractors, ensuring the quality of accounts and activities according to the service contract;
- Regular preparation of process reports and presentations.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- Experience in logistics;
- Written and spoken English at a level not lower than B2;
- Good knowledge and use of MS office or similar programs;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Proactivity, energy, enthusiasm.
