Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the planning and execution processes of services and operations (formation formation, shunting) performed at the stations
- Analyze and determine indicators of the managed function, initiate process improvement, implement technological and IT solutions to increase efficiency
- Set long-term and short-term goals of the department and ensure their implementation
- Ensure efficient use of resources, assignment of tasks to production staff and smooth coordination with the Infrastructure Manager
- Ensure the fulfillment of obligations to customers and apply operational methods that best meet customer needs
- Form, develop and motivate the team, ensure effective internal communication and smooth change management
- Cooperate with external partners, port companies and other departments of the group, developing the network of customers and partners and improving technological processes
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- Supervised work experience in logistics or operations management
- Process management knowledge, analytical skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
- Leadership and people skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
- Microsoft Office, computer skills
