We are looking for responsible, communicative and organized specialists who want to join our team and help manage daily repair orders on the platform.
We offer a workload of 0.5-1 full-time. We are flexible, so the work schedule can be combined with studies.
What will you do?
We offer a workload of 0.5-1 full-time. We are flexible, so the work schedule can be combined with studies.
What will you do?
- Communicate with customers, fleet managers and workshops across Europe
- Manage and coordinate active repair orders on the platform
- Help ensure smooth communication between customers and workshops
- Monitor the progress of orders and ensure that work is completed on time
- Perform other administrative tasks related to daily operations
- Help the Operations Manager ensure orderly execution of processes
Employee requirements
- Good Lithuanian, English and Russian language skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and in writing
- Responsibility, diligence and quick orientation in new situations
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently
- Initiative, willingness to learn and improve
- Experience in logistics, transport or customer service would be an advantage
