Main idea:
We are looking for someone who will become an important part of the management team and help manage the daily operations of the company. The manager will delegate tasks, and you will be responsible for analyzing them, finding a solution, organizing implementation and the final result.
We are not interested in a person who comes to the manager with a problem. We need a person who comes with a problem, analyzes it, and at the same time provides possible solutions and recommendations on how to solve it!

Main responsibilities:
- You will perform tasks assigned by your manager - from daily organizational issues to solving more complex activities, processes or legal issues.
- You will analyze the company's performance, work quality, productivity, operating costs and key performance indicators, provide insights and propose solutions to improve operations.
- You will solve problems arising in daily activities, evaluate possible solutions and coordinate their implementation.
- You will collect and evaluate information, analyze situations, prepare clear conclusions, recommendations and action plans as assigned by your manager.
- If necessary, you will review company contracts, cooperate with lawyers, other specialists and Swedish state institutions.
- You will manage and coordinate documents related to the company's legal and administrative activities.
- You will search for solutions that meet business needs, contribute to their evaluation, testing and implementation.
- You will provide your manager with suggestions for improving activities, processes and work organization, and ensure that decisions made and assigned tasks are implemented to the final result.
What do we expect from you?
- Ability to independently analyze information, seek solutions and take responsibility for the result.
- Experience in working directly with the company's manager, implementing various tasks assigned by him and solving organizational and operational issues.
- Curiosity and desire to delve into different areas - from company processes to legal or administrative issues.
- Experience in the construction sector is a great advantage.
- Experience in working with Swedish state institutions is a great advantage.
- Good knowledge of English; Swedish is an advantage.
- Ability to independently organize one's work, set priorities and manage several different tasks at the same time.
- Analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility and result orientation.
- Ability to communicate with different people - from company employees and partners to lawyers, specialists and state institutions.
- Loyalty, discretion and reliability, as the position is related to information important to the manager and the company.
- Higher university education is an advantage.
What will your working day look like?
- Every day will be different – there will be no identical and repetitive tasks.
- You will start the day with a joint discussion with your manager – you will assess current issues, ongoing tasks, problems that have arisen and the most important priorities of the day.
- Your day may include very different tasks: from analyzing the company's processes or performance results to reviewing a contract, communicating with lawyers, Swedish state institutions or other specialists.
- Having received a task, you will gather the necessary information yourself, analyze the situation, consult with specialists if necessary, evaluate possible solutions and present a clear conclusion and recommendation to your manager.
- You will also observe how the company's daily activities are carried out, notice areas where you can work more efficiently, and suggest what could be changed or improved.
- The most important thing is not only to complete the assigned task, but to bring it to a result. The manager needs to receive a clear answer about what has been done, what solutions are possible, and what you recommend to do next.
