We are currently looking for an Operations and Maintenance Manager to join the team, who would be responsible for the smooth operation of solar power parks and the coordination of maintenance processes.

Your responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise the activities of solar power plants;
- Ensure effective planning and execution of technical maintenance processes;
- Coordinate a team of technicians, ensure the quality and safety of work;
- Monitor the performance indicators of the power plants, analyze the results and propose solutions to improve efficiency;
- Control the maintenance budget and look for more effective solutions;
- Prepare activity and technical maintenance reports;
You will do great if:
- Have an engineering or technical education;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in operations or maintenance management;
- Have knowledge of solar power plants or energy systems;
- Able to plan, organize and prioritize work;
- Are responsible, result-oriented and quality-oriented;
- Have strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- Able to work on several tasks at the same time;
- Can communicate in English;
