A growing premium segment business is currently strengthening its management team and is inviting an Operations Manager to join. This is a position where the operations function encompasses much more than just overseeing daily processes – from supply chain, manufacturing and logistics to e-commerce processes, systems and partner management. A large part of the functions are currently performed by external partners, therefore the main goal of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of processes, create a clearer structure, strengthen operational efficiency and, in the long run, form a strong operations function in the organization.
This is an opportunity for a professional who likes to be close to the business, is not afraid to delve into details, is able to coordinate different partners and wants to have a real impact on the activities of a growing organization. The position provides for close cooperation with the CEO and other members of the management team and a significant role in the further stage of business growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure smooth operation of daily business operations.
  • Cooperate with manufacturing partners and oversee order fulfillment.
  • Oversee e-commerce operational processes and related systems.
  • Coordinate the work of logistics and delivery partners.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on prices, terms of cooperation and payment terms.
  • Analyze and optimize key operational processes.
  • Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure effective management and cooperation with external partners.
  • Initiate and implement process improvement projects.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THE CANDIDATE?

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, commerce or business process management.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing and dynamic business.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for the result.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers, partners and different business functions.
  • Analytical thinking and orientation towards operational efficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
