Your daily activities at work would be:
Lead the operations team, ensure the organization of employee work, evaluation of results and development;
Ensure the smooth operation of operational bases, their readiness, order and availability of necessary resources;
Manage transport and customer service logistics processes, ensuring effective use of capacities;
Ensure the readiness and rational use of equipment, inventory, work tools and other operational resources;
Control the quality of services, labor productivity, operating costs and key performance indicators;
Plan preparation for seasonality, larger projects and changes in operational load;
Resolve significant daily operational problems and initiate improvements to processes and work organization;
Cooperate with other company functions, suppliers and external service providers.

Important abilities and skills:
Management experience in an operational, service, logistics, transport, technical or similar environment;
Experience in directly managing a team of employees;
Ability to manage several interrelated areas of activity and set priorities;
Ability to work with KPIs, costs and performance indicators;
Practical approach and readiness to be directly involved in solving operational issues when necessary;
Analytical thinking, independence and result orientation;
Ability not only to ensure daily activities, but also to consistently improve processes and the team.
Experience in directly managing a team of employees;
Ability to manage several interrelated areas of activity and set priorities;
Ability to work with KPIs, costs and performance indicators;
Practical approach and readiness to be directly involved in solving operational issues when necessary;
