Nature of work
- Ensure effective management of the activities of the sports club network and profitable growth.
- Create, standardize and continuously improve operational processes, increasing efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead the activities of coordinators and other operational teams, ensuring the implementation of common goals.
- Manage sports club opening, renovation and integration projects.
- Ensure the smooth operation of supply, maintenance and daily operations processes throughout the network.
- Implement a system of performance indicators (KPI) and ensure their achievement.
- Identify opportunities for growth, automation and cost optimization.
- Be responsible for the implementation of operational goals and long-term operational efficiency of the organization.

- High technological literacy and ability to quickly master new tools.
- Daily use of ChatGPT, AI agents and other artificial intelligence tools.
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems based on data.
- Curiosity, initiative and constant striving to improve processes.
- Ambition, result orientation and high standards for oneself and the team. Discipline, responsibility and ability to independently organize work.
- Experience in managing people, processes or projects would be an advantage.
