Nature of work
We are looking for someone who can manage customer service and service delivery processes, the team and financial resources. In this role, it is important to see the big picture, not get lost in the details and ensure that different areas of activity run smoothly - from team work and customer experience to systems, financial control and technical issues.
- Lead the Service (Operations) department team in Lithuania and ensure smooth daily work of Workland business centers.
- Manage key operational, administrative and customer service-related processes.
- Coordinate work with the team, suppliers, building administration and other partners.
- Ensure the order of internal processes, HR and other documentation, systems and compliance requirements and their improvement.
- Monitor the quality of services provided, customer experience and team results, and initiate necessary changes based on data.
- Prepare reports, analyses and presentations and contribute to improving operational efficiency and process optimization.
- When necessary, promptly get involved in daily team tasks.
- Replace a colleague in your department during illness or vacation (replacing - work at the Workland reception).
We expect from you
- Experience in team and process management – in operations, administration or similar job position
- Ability to control processes, lead a team, organize work and ensure results.
- Systemic thinking, attentiveness and ability to manage several areas of responsibility simultaneously.
- Independence, responsibility and ability to solve problems quickly.
- Good technological literacy and ability to quickly understand new systems and work tools.
- Good knowledge of English.
Advantage: experience using AI tools for daily work, analysis or process optimization.
