Nordicon Group is a construction and personnel services company providing skilled labor and project execution, mainly in the areas of HVAC/R, masonry and other construction areas. We are expanding to a team of around 100 skilled employees, with a strong focus on professional project execution and a sales and operations organization that operates on a clear structure rather than constant owner involvement.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Operations department and take responsibility for the most important results: smooth execution of work, satisfied customers and ensuring that money is not wasted due to poor planning.

Main responsibilities:
- Smooth daily work of the coordinator and project managers working at the facilities - so that processes run smoothly and nothing "falls out" between steps
- Ensuring that we consistently bring the best qualified employees to each client and that clients are truly satisfied with the result - not just that someone arrived
- Full responsibility for accommodation and rotation efficiency - no money wasted on empty beds or poorly planned rotation; every location must pay off
- Employee rotation strategy and workforce planning across all active projects
- Supply management oversight - organizing housing, transportation and logistics for qualified employees
- Capacity planning, aligning workforce supply with project needs
- Managing and developing the Operations team (Supply and Work Organization functions)
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality work execution at sites and documenting progress
- Creating well-structured processes that support scaling to grow to ~100+ qualified
What we are looking for:
- Experience in operations, workforce/resource planning or logistics management – preferably in construction, human resources services or a related industry
- Result-driven mindset – willingness to be accountable for results (customer satisfaction, bed occupancy, cost efficiency) rather than just process execution
- Understanding unit economics – thinking in terms of cost per employee, bed occupancy and margin per rotation rather than just logistical tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create processes where they don’t already exist
- Hands-on leadership style, ability to manage a team and keep the coordinator and facility teams aligned
- Experience coordinating across departments (Sales, HR, Finance), aligning capacity and execution
- Fluent in English; Danish and/or Lithuanian language skills are a big advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, practical environment
