What's the job?
- Administer shipments by checking reports, analyzing undelivered shipments, controlling courier entries and resolving cases of missing shipments.
- Supervise the warehouse by conducting audits, receiving and entering details, organizing shipments and, if necessary, delivering parts to Vilnius.
- Perform Damage processes after unpacking damaged shipments, photographing their interior and sending information to responsible colleagues.
- Supervise Intercept and postal shipments by searching for invoices in systems or physical shipments and controlling the delivery progress of postal shipments.
- Administer invoices in company systems, ensuring proper process management and coordination with customs brokers.
- Ensure the quality of work of warehouse employees and train new employees by assisting, initiating error correction and teaching employees how to apply processes and systems.
- Provide other operational assistance
👨💻 Work Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
📍 Work location – Eigulių g. 16, Vilnius
We hope you
- You have a university or higher education;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are able to plan your time, stick to a plan;
- You speak English fluently (at least B1 level);
- You have good computer skills (standard MS Office software packages);
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You are honest and responsible, you react quickly in non-standard situations (they do happen!);
- You have an impeccable reputation;
- You have a B-category driver's license.
