Main responsibilities:
- Active involvement in incident management: coordinating team actions, ensuring information flows and implementing solutions in real time
- Ensuring data accuracy and quality: analyzing discrepancies, identifying causes and initiating data updates
- Increasing operational efficiency by providing proposals, implementing new technological processes and improving existing solutions
- Organizing and supervising operational processes, analyzing them and initiating and implementing new solutions
- Actively contributing to the planning and implementation of the operational strategy, taking into account the Company's strategic goals
- Planning and organizing employee coaching, training and competency development processes, ensuring their continuous assessment
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Excellent planning skills
- Experience in the railway field (an advantage)
- Initiative, good time planning and work organization skills
- Ability to work effectively and make decisions in critical situations
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
