We are looking for an Operations Controller to join Controlling Team in Vilnius.

We are looking for an Operations Controller to join Controlling Team in Vilnius.
Responsibilities
- Control and maintain inventory master data and inventory valuation processes.
- Manage inventory scrapping, obsolescence provisions, burden rates, and WIP calculations.
- Ensure accurate financial transactions, inventory valuation, and reporting.
- Participate in month-end closing activities, validations, and accounting analyses.
- Perform Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis.
- Prepare monthly reports, financial analyses, forecasts, and projections.
- Monitor business performance and key operational and financial KPIs.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, financial policies, and compliance processes.
- Evaluate business risks and provide financial guidance to stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted business partner, supporting finance-related processes and decision-making.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and quality enhancement.
- Participate in projects, audits, and development of new tools and solutions.
- Maintain process documentation, knowledge base articles, and process maps.
Basic requirements for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Fast learner
- Flexibility
- High level of responsibility, detail-orientation
- Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English
- SAP, Onestream, Power BI and other finance software and databases experience would be an advantage
