Due to the growth of the business, we are creating a new Operations Coordinator position. The role is focused on managing studio operations, e-commerce processes, and furniture preparation workflows, ensuring efficiency and supporting further business development.
This is not an assistant role.
This is a position responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and deliver results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations management:
Organizing product flow and transportation
Coordinating with external partners
Ensuring efficiency and smooth execution of processes
E-commerce administration:
Uploading products to the e-shop
Ensuring accuracy and quality of product information
Studio operations:
Organizing and maintaining overall studio operations
Coordinating photoshoots and on-site activities
Furniture preparation processes:
Organizing cleaning and restoration work
Managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
Ensuring quality standards before sale
Coordinating product photography
Packaging processes:
Ensuring high-quality packaging standards
Organizing packaging workflows
Requirements
Valid driver’s license (Category B) – required
Ability to independently plan, organize, and manage processes
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Ability to solve problems independently
ROLE DETAILS:
The role includes both coordination and oversight of processes.
In some cases, hands-on involvement may be required (e.g., coordinating transport or resolving situations on-site).
