Operations Manager | Lithuania

At SmartPosti, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations across Lithuania. This is a key role with end-to-end responsibility for sorting, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations, working through a team of managers, operational specialists, and strategic partners.

🔹Business performance: Turn targets into results, manage budgets and ensure resources are used effectively across the network.
🔹People and leadership: Build a strong management team that takes ownership, collaborates and delivers.
🔹Operational excellence: Improve how sorting, transportation and delivery work together by applying Lean methods, including 5S and standardized work, to make our processes more efficient, reliable and scalable.
🔹Partnerships: Strengthen cooperation with subcontractors and ensure consistent service quality across Lithuania.
🔹Progress and change: Challenge existing ways of working and turn new ideas into practical improvements that benefit our customers, people and business.

🔸At least 3 years of experience in parcel, courier, logistics, transportation, or similar operational environments.
🔸At least 3 years of experience leading managers and multi-site operations.
🔸Proven experience managing budgets, operational performance, and productivity targets.
🔸Experience working with subcontractors and managing performance through contracts and service level agreements.
🔸The ability to lead change, develop people and make decisions that deliver results.
🔸Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
🔸Experience with Lean methodologies, including 5S, standardized work or similar continuous improvement practices, is an advantage.
🔸Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
