What's the job?
In this position, you will be responsible for the accuracy of data related to international shipments 📦:
👨💻 Work Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:30
📍 Work location – Eigulių g. 16, Vilnius
- Ensure correct and timely data entry, document preparation and administration
- Coordinate shipments in the warehouse according to lists
- Collaborate with other departments on the accuracy of shipment data and information, solve other operational problems
- Consult UPS customers coming to the office
👨💻 Work Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:30
📍 Work location – Eigulių g. 16, Vilnius
We hope you
- You have a higher or higher education (can be a final year student);
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are able to plan your time, stick to a plan;
- You have good computer skills (standard MS Office software packages);
- You speak English fluently (at least B1 level);
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You are honest and responsible, you react quickly in non-standard situations (they do happen!);
- You have an impeccable reputation;
- You have a B-category driver's license.
