NARBUTAS is currently looking for an operator whose purpose is to ensure high-quality processing of PET materials according to the production plan, in compliance with technological requirements, deadlines and quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Be able to work with 1-2 software machines, knowing their operation and comprehensive control when making corrections/adjustments.
• Ensuring the quality of manufactured products taking into account the requirements set out in drawings and instructions.
• Maintenance and control of equipment.
• Promptly recording defects and transferring them to the responsible person.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Ability to read technical drawings, assembly diagrams and instructions to accurately perform tasks.
• Communicative and ability to work in a team to ensure smooth cooperation and efficient work process.
• Similar work experience (advantage).

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 10.03 - 13.49 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 1673 - 2251 *1.15 €/month excluding taxes. The maximum possible wage amount is achieved together with paid bonuses, which depend on the results achieved and the hours actually worked.

Opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
