NARBUTAS is currently looking for an Operator (-s) to work on edgebanding machines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Work on edgebanding machines and ensure a smooth and high-quality production process.
• Follow drawings, technological schemes and established production requirements.
• Use task management systems, monitor work performed and enter necessary data.
• Using measuring instruments, check the quality of manufactured parts and their compliance with established standards.
• Maintain the workplace, equipment, maintain cleanliness and order.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Attention, diligence and responsibility.
• Ability to work according to instructions and technological requirements.
• Want to learn and work with production equipment.
• Experience in production would be an advantage, but we train those without experience.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €10.80 - €16.43/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: €1802 - €3152/month excluding taxes. The maximum possible wage is achieved together with paid bonuses, which depend on the results achieved and the hours actually worked.

• Category I: €10.80 - €11.63/hour (average monthly salary: 1802 - 1940 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category II: 11.92 - 13.16 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1989 - 2195 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category III: 13.49 - 14.89 €/hour (average monthly salary: 2251 - 2484 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category IV: 15.26 - 16.43 €/hour (Average monthly salary: 2546 - 2741 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)

Final salary will depend on experience and competencies.
