UAB “Rumšiškių paukštynas” invites you to join the team as a chicken hatching incubator operator.
This is a job where every day has its own rhythm and meaning – from ensuring proper incubation conditions to selecting, packing and delivering hatched chickens. If you are responsible, diligent and want to work in a growing poultry company – we are waiting for you in our team!

Every working day here is dynamic. Your work will be related to the newly hatched one-day-old chicks – their sorting, preparation and sending for their further journey.
sorting of one-day-old chicks;
loading chicks into boxes;
handing over prepared boxes;
maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;
compliance with biosecurity.

Responsible and meticulous approach to work;
attentiveness and ability to work in accordance with the established procedure;
physical fitness - the work is active, you have to lift and place boxes;
ability to work in a team.

Work schedule: 6:00–15:00, overtime possible if needed.
The nature of the work depends on the chicken hatching cycle, so the pace of work may be more intense on some days, slower on other days.
Training and induction.
