Currently, the process and technology management team at RETAL Lithuania is being strengthened, so we invite an Operator to join.

Main responsibilities:
- Start-up, control and maintenance of automated plastic molding machines and peripheral equipment.
- Monitoring technological parameters on control screens (HMI) and promptly adjusting them to achieve maximum line efficiency (OEE).
- Continuous monitoring of production parameters, visual quality control and prompt elimination of defects.
- Preparation and control of raw materials, dyes and additives.
- Filling in production logs and entering data into internal accounting systems.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order and safety in your work area.
You will be a great team member if you:
