Join the UAB "Rietuva" team - a modern and growing manufacturing company where we value responsibility, teamwork and continuous improvement. We are looking for an operator who will contribute to ensuring a smooth production process by working with woodworking equipment and CNC technologies.

Your responsibilities

  • Execution of production plans and tasks by controlling woodworking equipment (CNC, etc.);
  • Equipment management, setting control and ensuring smooth operation;
  • Working according to production drawings and technological documentation;
  • Efficient use of raw materials and compliance with technological parameters;
  • Ensuring product quality throughout the process;
  • Primary maintenance of equipment and prompt response to malfunctions;
  • Improving production processes using LEAN principles.

What we expect from you

  • Experience working with production equipment (woodworking or CNC is an advantage);
  • Technological thinking and understanding of production processes;
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand technological instructions;
  • Basic computer skills (control systems, MS Office or similar);
  • Responsibility, diligence and ability to work in a structured manner;
  • Willingness to learn and deepen technical competencies;
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule (day / night shifts).
