Operator (cutting machine)

Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for Operator, whose purpose is to be responsible for the safe, high-quality and efficient management of production facilities, the implementation of production processes in accordance with technological requirements, product quality control, prevention of non-conformities, workplace supervision and the timely execution of established production tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Operate and maintain modern cutting machines.
• Ensure an accurate and high-quality production process.
• Use task management systems for work monitoring and data entry.
• Read drawings and technological diagrams.
• Use measuring instruments to accurately check the quality of manufactured products and ensure that they meet established standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace.

SUCCESSFUL WORK NEEDS:

• Ability to work with computer systems and programs used for work management and data entry.
• Accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team (devices are controlled together with a colleague).
• Similar work experience (advantage).

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 10.03 - 13.83 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 1673 - 2307 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

• Category I: 10.03 - 10.80 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1673 - 1802 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category II: 11.07 - 12.22 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1847 - 2039 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category III: 12.53 - 13.83 €/hour (average monthly salary: 2090 - 2307 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
