Main responsibilities:
- Administration and coordination of train formation and disbandment processes
- Coordination of wagon movement, repair, cleaning and other operations in information systems
- Preparation and management of train, wagon and other activity documentation
- Cooperation with the station coordinator, shunting, repair and other operational units
- Operative resolution of non-standard situations and ensuring smooth execution of station processes
What do we expect?
- Work experience in the field of railway or other transport is a great advantage
- Ability to make quick decisions and mobilize a team in emergency situations
- Prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent Lithuanian
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts
