Responsibility, diligence and ability to work independently;
Technical knowledge and ability to manage production equipment;
Ability to promptly identify and eliminate minor equipment failures;
Understanding of production processes and adherence to technological discipline;
Knowledge of and adherence to hygiene, food safety and quality requirements;
Ability to work in a team and comply with occupational safety requirements;
Similar work experience in the food industry would be an advantage;
Readiness to work on a shift schedule.
