NATURE OF WORK
- Production line management and maintenance, regular equipment control;
- Quality assurance, production process monitoring;
- Diagnosis and elimination of minor production equipment failures in order to avoid production line downtime;
- Monitoring production indicators;
- Work in compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace in accordance with the standards in force in the company;
- Cooperation with colleagues in order to effectively implement production goals.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Work experience in a manufacturing company (an advantage - in the wood industry);
- Knowledge of work safety requirements in a production environment;
- Willingness to learn, diligence and responsibility;
- Readiness to work on a flexible work schedule.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES
- Experience working with robotic or automated production lines and control systems;
- Basic English;
- Ability to independently operate assigned equipment and comply with technical requirements.
