We are growing rapidly and expanding our production volumes, so we are inviting PRINTING AND PLASTIC LAMINATION EQUIPMENT OPERATORS to join our team to work with flexographic printing and laminating equipment.

What you will do

• You will perform technical maintenance of the equipment and prepare the printing/laminating equipment for work.
• You will adjust the equipment so that the printing/laminating work meets the standard.
• You will execute the order according to the technological card and monitor the quality of the printing/laminating work throughout the process.

You will work according to a rolling work schedule:

2 day shifts → 2 night shifts → 4 days off.

🕗 Day shifts: 08:00–20:00
🌙 Night shifts: 20:00–08:00

After four work shifts, you will have 4 days off in a row. The work schedule is set in advance, so you can plan your time, family plans, recreation, or travel well in advance.

What we expect

• Ability to quickly understand the operation of equipment and willingness to learn – experience in production would be an advantage, but if you do not have it – we will train you on the job.
• Attention and diligence – it is important to notice details and perform your work responsibly.
• Responsibility and ability to comply with work and safety requirements.
• Willingness to work in a team and contribute to the overall result.

Advantage: flexographic printing experience, technical education.

€2,100–4,000 excluding taxes.

The training period lasts 3 months. During this period, we guarantee a salary of at least €2,100/month excluding taxes.

According to company statistics, operators working in the first year earn €2,100–3,000/month excluding taxes. The upper limit is reached by experienced operators working independently on the equipment.

The starting salary depends on the candidate’s experience and competencies, and the final salary depends on the results achieved, acquired skills and work pace.
