Operator in Ukmergė (we train)

We are currently looking for Operators for different production units. During the selection process, we will evaluate your experience and skills and offer you the most suitable job in one of the work centers:

• Edging machines
• Drilling machines
• Cutting machines
• Pipe laser machines
• Pressing machines
• Plywood cutting machines

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Work on one of the equipment used in production: cutting, drilling, pipe laser, edging or other software machines.
• Ensure an accurate and high-quality production process.
• Use task management systems for work monitoring and data entry.
• Read drawings and technological diagrams.
• Use measuring instruments to accurately check the quality of manufactured products and ensure that they meet the established standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Ability to work with computer systems and programs used for work management and data entry.
• Accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team (devices are controlled together with a colleague).
• Similar work experience (advantage).

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Stable working time organization – shift work schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.
• In addition to the basic salary – the opportunity to earn more through the bonus system: up to 10% for work results and up to 5% for attendance (after the trial period).

Salary

Wages from 10.03 – 16.43 Eur/hour. (gross), depending on the work center, experience and qualification category(average monthly salary: 1673 - 2741 €/month).

Employees are subject to a qualification category system, which provides an opportunity for professional growth and salary increases.

(Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.)

The company applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
