Operator (tube laser machine)

Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for a Tube Laser Operator, whose purpose is to ensure high-quality and accurate cutting of pipes and metal profiles using tube laser equipment according to production tasks and technical drawings.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Cutting pipes and metal profiles using tube laser equipment according to drawings and production tasks.
• Preparing the equipment for work, launching programs and maintaining them.
• Quality control of manufactured products and performing measurements.
• Loading/unloading raw materials and maintaining order in the workplace.
• Reading technical drawings and complying with occupational safety requirements.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Responsibility, diligence and technical thinking.
• Experience working in production or with CNC equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and comply with occupational safety requirements.
• Desire to learn and improve.

• Stable working time organization – shift work schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 10.03 - 15.26 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 1673 - 2546 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

• Category I: 10.03 - 10.80 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1802 - 1940 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category II: 11.35 - 12.22 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1989 - 2195 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)
• Category III: 12.53 - 13.49 €/hour (average monthly salary: 2251 - 2484 €/month, depending on actual hours worked)

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
