Main responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of rails, welded joints and switch elements with ultrasonic flaw detectors
- Identify and measure defects in rails, make decisions on the danger of defects
- Assess the causes of defects and provide insights on the possibilities of eliminating these causes
- Perform maintenance (repair) and accounting of flaw detectors and other work tools, prepare related documents
- Perform assessment of collected infrastructure diagnostic data, submit assessment conclusions
What do we expect?
- Secondary education (preferably higher education in the field of technology / engineering sciences)
- Similar work experience - an advantage
- Computer and mobile device skills - Microsoft 365, web and mobile device applications and services
- Driving category B and daily experience driving a car with a manual transmission
- Responsibility, attentiveness, willingness to learn
- Fluent Lithuanian languages, (English / Russian language skills an advantage)
