We want to grow and increase production capacity, so today we are looking for a colleague for the optics preparation department.

What will your working day look like in an optics laboratory?
- Prepare optical elements: precision cleaning and preparation of optical elements for further production processes;
- You will be responsible for assessing the quality of manufactured products and ensuring compliance with standards;
- You will maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring their flawless operation and readiness for work;
- You will complete documentation, register process data and ensure accuracy in recording quality control results;
- You will keep your workplace tidy, ensure that your work environment is clean and comfortable for work.
What expectations do we have for a candidate?
- We expect you to be attentive to details - working with optical components requires special care and accuracy;
- It would be great if you were meticulous - in this position it is necessary to ensure that all products meet quality standards;
- We value punctuality and organization;
- We expect you to take responsibility for the work you do;
- If you have experience in manufacturing or optics, we would consider it a huge advantage, but if you do not have experience, we are ready to train you.
