In this position, you will be responsible for the assembly, optical alignment, testing and quality assurance of optomechanical components and laser system assemblies. You will collaborate with optics, mechanics and electronics specialists on a daily basis, and the result of your work will become part of a real laser system.

🪛 WE WILL TRUST YOU:
- Work with small optical and mechanical components in clean production facilities.
- Evaluate and control the quality of optical elements and their holders, prepare them for assembly.
- Assemble optomechanical components, assemblies and their products, such as laser heads, oscillators, etc.
- Perform optical alignment, calibration and testing of assembled assemblies.
- Use various optical, measuring and testing devices and specialized software.
- Analyze test results, identify discrepancies and contribute to their elimination.
- Ensure that assembled assemblies meet established quality and technical requirements.
- Document assembly and testing procedures and their results.
- Prepare tested assemblies for the further assembly stage of the laser system.
- Cooperate with specialists in optics, mechanics, electronics and other fields in resolving technical issues.
📌 WE HOPE YOU:
- Have an engineering, physics or other technical education.
- Are prepared to perform tasks that require diligence, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understand the basic principles of optics, optical components and their purpose – an advantage.
- Have an understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing and assembly technologies – an advantage.
- Have basic knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring, know how to solder – an advantage.
- Able to understand and use technical English.
- Able to communicate in Lithuanian.
- Are meticulous, responsible and result-oriented.
- Like to work precisely and understand that in high-tech production even a small detail can have a significant impact on the final result.
- Able to work independently, but are not afraid to ask questions when necessary and like to solve technical problems together with colleagues.
- You are curious and want to constantly learn and deepen your technical knowledge.
