If you believe that a quality vision solution begins with a sincere conversation with the client, and professionalism can be combined with warm communication - we invite an optometry specialist to join our team.
A fixed-term, 1.5-year employment contract is offered.

Main tasks at work
- you will perform professional vision tests and help clients understand their vision needs;
- together with optical consultants, you will select the most suitable eyeglass lenses and ensure high quality consultations;
- you will consult clients on lens adaptation issues;
- when you have more free time, together with the optical team, you will consult clients when choosing glasses and help them find the option that suits them best.
Employee requirements
- you have obtained the qualification of an optometrist;
- you enjoy communicating with people and are able to build trust;
- you sincerely care about the health of your clients' eyes and their good experience;
- you value teamwork and willingly contribute to the overall result;
- you communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
What we offer
- a workplace in the heart of the Old Town at Vokiečių g. 15, Vilnius;
- 0.5-0.75 full-time workload and flexible work schedule (including weekend work);
- salary from 12 Eur/hour + performance bonuses. The final remuneration is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's qualifications, experience and value created;
