You should be interested in analyzing eNPS results one day, facilitating a management discussion the next, and creating a talent or succession model the next. This is not the role of an event coordinator or training administrator.

- feedback and performance appraisal processes;
- talent and turnover processes;

- on-boarding and camaraderie standards;
- competency development and learning systems;
- organizational culture and employee experience;
- internal communication and employee community initiatives.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country.
