The company specializes in collecting and analyzing credit information of Lithuanian businesses and individuals. Its services are utilized by commercial banks, credit unions, leasing companies, consumer credit providers, telecommunications firms, and various other businesses and registries. By providing accurate and comprehensive financial data, Creditinfo Lietuva aids clients in making informed decisions, assessing creditworthiness, and managing credit risks.

Background

We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to focuses on telephone based sales of Creditinfo Lietuva products, primarily the “Strongest in Lithuania” certificate. This independent certification is one of Lithuania’s longest running creditworthiness awards (issued since 2011), confirming that a company is financially healthy, pays taxes and partners on time and maintains a good business reputation. The certificate is widely recognised by international business partners and signals stability, transparency and reliability. A successful Outbound Sales Representative will clearly communicate these benefits to prospective clients, close sales and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively contact potential and existing clients to promote Creditinfo’s solutions. Use prepared scripts and customized pitches to clearly explain how our certification reflects strong financial health, timely payments, and a trustworthy business reputation.
  • Product Education: Confidently address client inquiries and emphasize the benefits of certification - including verified financial health, international credibility, enhanced employer branding, and a competitive edge in sales.
  • Needs analysis & Solution Selling: Engage clients with insightful questions to understand their needs, tailor our value proposition accordingly, and effectively close sales.
  • CRM & Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain client information in the CRM system. Log calls, document sales activity, and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships. Handle objections and complaints professionally to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams as needed - refer leads to field sales or account managers and align messaging with marketing to ensure a consistent client experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer service.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills; ability to clearly explain financial concepts and the value of certification.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and discussing products related to financial credibility.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, phone systems, and standard office software.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage accurate client records and follow up tasks.
  • A higher education (university or college degree) is required; a background in business, finance, or related field is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian is essential; advanced English proficiency is also required.
  • Interest in financial products and a genuine desire to help companies enhance their credibility and trustworthiness.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive approach to handle rejection.
  • Goal driven mindset with strong collaboration and teamworking skills.
