Nature of work
Albodent Dental Clinic is looking for an energetic, friendly and sales/marketing oriented Call Center Coordinator who will not only take calls, but also actively contribute to attracting patients and increasing the visibility of the clinic.
Our mission is not only to provide the highest quality treatment, but also to build trusting relationships with patients from the first call. We are looking for someone who is able to communicate sincerely, initiate conversations, actively offer services and is interested in marketing and advertising.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional communication with patients by phone, email and social media: converting inquiries into registrations.
- Active sales: offering additional services, managing reminders and loyalty programs, achieving set KPIs.
- Collaboration with doctors and assistants: ensuring smooth patient flow and high service quality.
- Administrative work and additional projects: proposing creative solutions and implementing them.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian (all three languages are required)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
- Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail and result orientation
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience in customer service or medical institution administration is an advantage
- Experience working with call systems (e.g. XCALLY) is an advantage
