NATURE OF WORK:
Albodent Dental Clinic is looking for an energetic, friendly and sales-oriented Call Center Coordinator who will not only take calls, but also actively contribute to attracting patients and increasing the visibility of the clinic.
Our mission is not only to provide the highest quality treatment, but also to build trusting relationships with patients from the first call. We are looking for someone who is able to communicate sincerely, initiate conversations, actively offer services and is interested in marketing and advertising.

YOUR ROLE:
You are the bridge between the patient and the clinic. The first voice a person hears when they are not sure whether to come. Your warm and professional communication is what turns a hesitant caller into a registered patient.
This is not a job for those who will simply "answer the call". This is a job for those who know how to listen, feel the rhythm of the conversation and know what and when to say.

- You will communicate with patients by phone, e-mail and social media messages - responsibly, warmly and professionally;
- You will register patients, manage the schedule, ensure that no one gets lost between the call and the visit;
- You will actively offer additional services - not as a salesperson, but as a person who cares about the patient's health;
- You will maintain contact with existing patients: reminders, loyalty programs, feedback;
- You will strive for agreed KPIs and together with the team you will look for ways to make the service even better;
- You will collaborate with doctors and assistants to ensure that the patient's journey from call to chair is smooth and enjoyable.
REQUIREMENTS
What would we like to see in you?
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian - all three are mandatory;
- Exceptional communication skills: you don't just speak - you feel the conversation;
- Empathy and a natural desire to help, not just complete the task;
- Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail - the little things are important here;
- Result orientation: you know what you are aiming for, and you are going for it;
- Experience in customer service or a call center - this would be a big advantage;
- Experience with call systems (e.g. XCALLY) - also a plus, but we will teach you.
