About job:

  • Working hours – weekdays from 8:00 to 16:30;
  • Fixed-term employment contract;
  • Dynamic and diverse administrative work;
  • We are looking for a responsible, organized and independent team member;
  • We value attention to detail, the ability to plan work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales process, prepare sales documents and administer invoice reconciliation;
  • Organize timely dispatch of shipments, fill out reports and other departmental documentation;
  • Together with the department manager, create employee work schedules and fill out timesheets in the system;
  • Provide documents on employees being hired and dismissed to the personnel department;
  • Order goods, tools and materials necessary for work and, if necessary, arrange for their purchase;
  • Coordinate employee meals, control access control and main gate maintenance;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Responsibility, diligence, ability to work independently;
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook);
  • Category B driver's license;
  • Similar work experience would be an advantage, but not necessary - we provide training.
